It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Miguel Angel Gonzalez Jr., who left us far too soon at the age of 25 on May 28, 2025.

Miguel was a light in the lives of everyone who knew him. Goofy, funny, loving, stubborn, and hard-headed — he was unapologetically himself in every moment. His presence could light up a room, and his sense of humor was unforgettable.

Above all, Miguel loved being a father. To his daughters, Myani and Maggie, were his pride and joy. He cherished every moment spent with them, his girlfriend Aaliyah, and his circle of friends and family.

Miguel was a loyal son, a caring brother, a devoted grandson, and a treasured friend. He is survived by his father, Miguel A. Gonzalez; his mother, Melissa Ramos; his grandmother, Lydia Gonzalez; his sisters, Kimberly, Ashley, Emily, and Jainomi; his brother, Josiah; his beautiful daughters, Myani and Maggie; and his loving girlfriend, Aaliyah.

In recent times, Miguel was turning over a new leaf in life, making positive changes and working toward a brighter future for himself and his family. Though his journey was cut short, the love he gave, the laughs he shared, and the memories he created will forever live in the hearts of those who loved him.

Miguel will always be remembered, always be missed, and always be loved.

Family will receive friends on Sunday June 8, 2025 from 3-6 at Carter Funeral Home.
