Kathryn Crowley Aguillard, 81, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, December 11, 2023. She was surrounded by her family and under the compassionate care of GHC Hospice after a courageous battle with an extended illness.
Born on June 12, 1942, Kathryn lived a rich and memorable life. One of her greatest passions was music, particularly playing the piano. For many years, she graced the old Fleming Baptist Church with beautiful melodies. Aside from playing the piano, she enjoyed crocheting and sewing. Kathryn also had a deep love for reading.
She was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Alton Morris Aguillard; and her son, Kevin Morris Aguillard.
Kathryn is survived by two daughters, Romona Gayle Overstreet (Anthony) and Linda Kay Aguillard; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Jimmy Lee Crowley and Frank Lawton Crowley.
A private family service will be held on a later date.
