Irma Mincey, 73, of Hinesville, GA passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at home surrounded by her children and grandchildren after a long illness.
Irma was a retired nurse of 30 years. She spent most of her life taking care of others. She was a very strong woman and a recent COVID-19 survivor. She fought valiantly until the end of her illness. Mama often said, “Don’t bring flowers to my grave, give them to me while I’m alive.” In lieu of flowers, Irma’s family is asking for donations to be made in her honor to the Lewy Body Dementia Association, https://www.lbda.org/donate/#.
