Ifolagi Sui Atanoa-Brown, 67, passed away on Friday, November 11, 2022 at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro, GA.
She enjoyed sewing, baking, and playing cards.
Ifo was preceded in death by two brothers, Matagisa Sui and Fa’aiuaso Sui.
She is survived by her husband of forty years, Siliga Brown; six children, Martin Tautua Brown of Western Samoa, Sina Sui of Augusta, GA, Robert Brown of Hinesville, GA, Daniel Bates of Hinesville, GA, Chester Brown of Charlotte, NC, and Lama Brown of Hinesville, GA; fourteen grandchildren, Benjamin Fraijo and Bonnie Summer Tautua both of Louisiana, Tolai Tautua and Jeremiah Tautua both of California, RJ Brown, Reylan Brown, Roman Brown, and Ruta Brown all of Georgia, Da’Kotah Rue Watson-Brown of Virginia, Michael Brown of Massachusetts, Gianna Brown of North Carolina, Champion Bates and Messiah Bates both of Georgia, and Ava Marie Lim of Arizona; and four siblings, James Simi Sui of Seattle, WA, Tanielu Sui of Samoa, Titiuatoa Sui of Colorado Springs, CO, and Soimavi Sui-Scanlan of Seattle, WA.
Visitation will be on Friday, November 25, 2022 at The First Samoan Church of Christ, 1021 Lee Place Road, Ludowici, GA 31316 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at The First Samoan Church of Christ. Burial will follow at 1:00 p.m. in Oglethorpe Memorial Park Cemetery.
