SFC Earl L. Hoach (U.S. Army, Retired), 77, passed away on Friday, March 4, 2022 at Magnolia Manor Nursing Home.
Earl was born on September 7, 1945 in San Bernardino, CA, and had been a resident of the Coastal Empire since 1988. He retired from the U.S. Army as SFC after twenty-one years of service and while serving his country he did two tours of duty in Vietnam. He was also a life-long member of the DAV, VFW, and AMVETS. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed being outdoors.
He is survived by his wife of fifty-four years, Alice E. Hoach; son and daughter-in-law, Billy and Renee West; two grandchildren, Paige Ulanowski (Michael) and Hayle Bunkley; and one great-grandson, Jude Ulanowski.
Memorial services to honor Earl’s life will be private.
