Brigitte Lewis

Richmond Hill Brigitte Lewis, 67, passed away on Monday, July 24, 2017, at Wake Forest University Medical Center surrounded by her family. Brigitte was born in Passau, Germany and has lived in Richmond Hill for the past 27 years. She was a member of St. Anne’s Catholic Church, she was an avid gardener, loved bird watching and spending time at the beach. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Robert Lewis; daughter and son-in-law, Melissa Kay Torrescano (Jonathan); 3 brothers, Charlie, Joe and Eugene Woitas. Carter Funeral Home will be handling the arrangements. A visitation will be held at Carter Funeral Home Bryan Chapel on Friday, July 28, 2017, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will also be held at Carter Funeral Home Bryan Chapel on Saturday, July 29, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. The burial will follow at Burnt Church Cemetery.
