Bobby H. Walker

Midway   Bobby H. Walker, 68, passed away Friday, September 9, 2016, at home after a sudden illness. He was born in Wheeler County and spent most of his life in the Savannah area. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church and the Heritage Bible Class. He loved to fish and ride his golf cart. He was preceded in death by his parents, A.M. and Doshie Walker; brothers, A.M. Walker, Jr., and Charlie Walker; and his sister, Virginia Walker. He is survived by two brothers Bennett Walker, Sr. (Marie) of Claxton and Elmer Walker (Faye) of Richmond Hill; sister-in-law, Jean Walker of Richmond Hill; and several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 am, Tuesday, September 13, 2016, at Carter Funeral Home Bryan Chapel. Rev. Brian Cooper will be officiating.  Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service.  Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
